Overview

Pranav Sharma has been practicing in all areas of law which include Civil, Criminal, Matrimonial, Arbitration, Writ, Contempt and Civil (Original Jurisdiction), Consumer Disputes, etc. From drafting all kinds of petitions and pleadings including suits for partition and declaration, complaints under Negotiable Instruments Act, Matrimonial cases, he actively handles criminal matters. He has also been appearing and arguing in all forums including District Courts, High Courts, and various Tribunals. Having started his legal career from the Law Chamber basically dealing with Civil, Criminal and Matrimonial laws in District Courts, he worked at the High Court dealing into Original Side matters. In addition, thereto, he does legal research on the topics which evolve from the cases assigned to him and also keep abreast of recent legal developments which enhance his legal knowledge and help him achieve the targets assigned to him. He also deals with the clients by giving them a satisfactory legal opinion in resolving their issues.
