Pratik Ahuja is a Partner at Juris Solicio and handles the Dispute Resolution Practice of the Firm. Pratik has vast and rich experience in diverse areas of law and his main areas of practice includes arbitration, constitutional law, White-Collar Crime, Civil and Criminal laws, Special Leave Petitions and Writ Petitions land, property & real estate laws, consumer laws, corporate laws, labor laws, banking and finance, cyber laws to name a few. He regularly advises clients on complex litigations and multi-jurisdictional disputes before various Courts in India. Pratik regularly appears before various courts and tribunals including the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India and Several High Courts. He also represents clients before the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT), National Company Law Tribunals (NCLT), debt recovery proceedings through proceedings before the DRT among others.
